As per the documents submitted in court, aspirants from the city and state have pointed out that while the last exam for Uttar Pradesh Board students is on April 21, those appearing for CBSE will end their XIIth class examination on April 29, while National Eligibility cum Entrance Test has been scheduled on May 7.
One of the aspirant candidate said “For NEET, one has to prepare from syllabus of classes XI and XII and there will be only around 10 days for preparation, which is really unfair,”
